MATHY SPEZIAL-H counteracts the causes of soot formation

When a burner emits sooty smoke, there is a malfunction. MATHY SPEZIAL-H offsets the causes of soot formation and dissolves existing soot as it cleans both, the combustion chamber and the combustion mechanics. Soot deposits on the boiler wall increase the consumption of fuel oil - 1 mm of soot deposits increase the consumption of fuel oil by an average of 4%. MATHY SPEZIAL-H reduces soot formation to a minimum which means less soot will accumulate.

The generated heat is passed unimpededly to the heating water which sustainably reduces the consumption of fuel oil.

Areas of application

MATHY SPEZIAL-H can be used in oil-fired heating systems of all kinds. This includes yellow, blue and cup burners (oil stoves) as well as pre-evaporators.

MATHY SPEZIAL-H is recommended for low-sulfur fuel oil EL, even with low organic content, and for standard heating oil.

Mixing ratio 1 : 2,000 (1 l MATHY SPEZIAL-H per 2,000 l of fuel oil)

Application: The addition of MATHY SPEZIAL-H is ideal before re-filling the fuel oil tank, but it is also possible during ongoing operation.

Tested by TÜV NORD Systems GmbH & Co. KG. In a special test program it was found that the product increases storage stability of the fuel oil and thus has the following positive effects on the oil heating system: The product counteracts sludge formation and thus the blockage of filters, keeps the combustion stable and counteracts soot formation and deposits.
