Prices:
The price stated in the respective offer for the purchase object is understood as the final price including any VAT and other price components. The price does not include shipping and handling.

Shipping method:
We ship our packages with DHL and GLS service providers.

• DHL and GLS for national parcel shipping
• DHL Express for national express deliveries
• GLS for international parcel delivery
• Hellmann for forwarding shipment

Delivery time / delivery terms:
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt. For orders up to 9.00 (Mon.-Fr.), the goods will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery is done within 48 hours with DHL or GLS. Express delivery within 24 hours is possible with surcharge. For international shipping the delivery time is 7 business days.

For an order value of EUR 80.00 and above, private customers within Germany and Austria will receive the whole delivery free of shipping costs.

Please refer directly to the respective product description for prices for articles that cannot be delivered as packages.

Please note: if you are unable to select any shipping method, it is because your chosen products in the shopping cart exceed a weight of 90 kg. Unfortunately, standard delivery by our service provider DHL is possible only up to 30 kg. We deliver packages weighing more than 30 kg via our service provider GLS.

Additional customs duties, taxes and charges are incurred for deliveries to Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Serbia. Payment methods in the MATHY Shop

The following payment methods are available to you for deliveries in Germany.

1. Conveniently by automatic debit transfer (direct debit) 
   Convenient and secure: payment by direct debit from a German current account. You enter your IBAN, BIC and the name of the bank, and MVG® transfers the data using secure 128-bit encryption. Verification of your data is complete in a few seconds, after which your order can be processed immediately. The amount is not debited until the goods are dispatched.

   PayPal is an online payment service you can use to pay in our online shop securely, easily and quickly – and it’s free of charge.
   
   Secure: only PayPal stores your bank or credit card data, which is why they are not sent via the Internet again for every online purchase.
   
   Easy: you pay with two clicks, because you access your bank or credit card data stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for every purchase.
   
   Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly, so we can dispatch the goods immediately and as a rule you receive them sooner. Register and use PayPal immediately:

   - And you can already pay with PayPal.
    
3. Purchase by invoice 
   You will receive an invoice from us and you pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer. For initial orders (new customers) we accept purchase by invoice up to a maximum order value of EUR 150.00. The invoice amount becomes due for payment immediately after the delivery is received.
