Simple diesel and DPF system cleaning. Without a visit to the workshop!
Simply use your vacation trip for a diesel and DPF system cleaning. The treatment can be used without a visit to the workshop and is released via the fuel tank. The system treatment consists of one can of MATHY-D (diesel system cleaner) and three cans of MATHY-DPF (diesel particulate filter cleaner).
You can thus prevent an expensive DPF replacement!
Step-by-step application
Simply add the contents of the can to the diesel fuel before refueling.

To start the DPF treatment, drive down to the reserve level and add a can of our MATHY-D Diesel Additive Diesel System Cleaner to the tank before refueling. Now run the first cleaning cycle. During this phase, impurities in the combustion chamber and at the injection nozzles are removed.
When this cycle is complete, our MATHY-DPF Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner is used. To do this, please add a can of MATHY-DPF to the empty tank and fill it with 50 liters of diesel fuel. Empty the tank. Then fill the tank once without MATHY-DPF and then again with MATHY-DPF until all three cans of the treatment have been used up.
For an optimum cleaning cycle, we recommend a 30-minute highway drive with MATHY-DPF in the tank.
Important note:
Diesel particulate filters (DPF) that are already completely filled with ash, the engine control light (yellow) is partially or permanently illuminated and the engine is running in the emergency running program can no longer be cleaned with MATHY-DPF. In these cases, the diesel particulate filter must be replaced or burned free by a specialist workshop. We recommend using MATHY-DPF as a preventative measure!
