The MATHY complete diesel treatment consists of
1 x 250 ml MATHY-D Diesel System Cleaner
1 x 200 ml MATHY-ID diesel injector cleaner
1 x 300 ml MATHY-AGR diesel system cleaner for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)
1 x 300 ml MATHY-DPF Diesel particulate filter cleaner (DPF)
Application step by step
To keep the entire diesel system functional in the long term, we recommend the use of our diesel fuel additives MATHY-D, MATHY-ID, MATHY-AGR and MATHY-DPF. All products are designed for use in 50 liters of diesel fuel.
To start the treatment, add a can of MATHY-D Diesel System Cleaner (250 ml) to the empty tank and fill it with a maximum of 50 liters of diesel. Then run the tank down to the reserve level. Then fill the tank once without diesel additive and then with MATHY-ID Injector Cleaner Diesel (200 ml). Fill the next tank again without additive. The next step is to use MATHY-AGR Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cleaner (300 ml). Again, empty the tank down to the reserve volume, add a can of MATHY-AGR and fill up with another 50 liters of diesel fuel. Finally, add a can of MATHY-DPF diesel particulate filter cleaner (300 ml). The complete diesel treatment is now complete.
If possible, use a premium diesel fuel (such as ARAL-ULTIMATE-DIESEL) for the entire cure application. For an optimal cleaning cycle, we recommend a 30-minute highway drive with MATHY additive in the tank.
