The high performance transmission oil additive MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive is especially used with manual gear boxes and differentials. Adding MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive to gear boxes and rear axles reduces wear noticeably by up to 90% (proven by laboratory tests).

MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive is free of solid matter. It is specifically recommended for transmission oils of SAE viscosity grades 75 to 140 with particularly high pressure resistance and can also be used with hypoid oils.

Dosage

Replace 20% of transmission oil with MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive when vehicle is operated in normal range.

High-load conditions
Replace 30% of transmission oil with MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive when used under maximum power.

Trouble shooting
Replace 50% of transmission oil with MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive to treat excessive transmission noise (e.g. rear axle) and sticking gears.

Application

For vehicle engines with a mileage of more than 100,000 km (62,130 miles), a cleaning phase is recommended. Drain 10 % of existing transmission oil and replace with MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive.

After 1.000 km (621 miles), change the trans-mission oil. For draining oil, transmission oil should be hot. After draining the transmission oil, use a minimum of 20% MATHÉ Classic Transmission Additive and 80% of fresh transmission oil according to manufacturer’s specifications.
