The MATHY petrol combustion chamber treatment efficiently breaks down the smallest particles in the combustion chamber from reduced displacement (downsised) petrol engines. The use of the treatment reduces the risk of premature ignition of the petrol/air mixture. The so-called Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) is triggered by micro-small carbon particles. These particles ignite under high pressure before the actual ignition and trigger a pre-ignition. This can lead to a major engine damage.

With the MATHY petrol combustion chamber cure, the entire combustion chamber is freed from carbon particles and the risk of engine damage is minimised. The treatment can be carried out easily without a visit to the workshop. Just use the application description.

Application step by step

In order to efficiently remove carbon particles from the combustion chamber we recommend the use of MATHY-BE and MATHY-BR in combination as a cure. Both products are designed for use in 60 l petrol fuel.

In order to start the petrol combustion chamber cure, pour a can of MATHY-BE Petrol System Cleaner (250 ml) into the tank which should be as empty as possible and fill it up with max. 60 l petrol. Then run the tank down to reserve. Next comes the first application with MATHY-BR Combustion chamber cleaner - petrol (250ml). Again, empty the tank to the reserve volume, fill in a can of MATHY-BR (250ml) and add 60 l petrol again. Then fill the tank once without and then again with MATHY-BR until all three cans are used up. For an optimal cleaning cycle we recommend a 30 minute motorway drive with MATHY-BR in the tank. If possible, use a premium petrol fuel for the entire treatment.

Note: Filling the tank without additive prevents over-additivation of the petrol fuel.

Wann verwende ich die MATHY Benzin-Brennraum-Kur?

Die MATHY Benzin-Brennraum-Kur wurde speziell für Downsizing Benzin-Motoren mit LSPI Problematik entwickelt. Die Charakteristik dieser Motoren zeichnet sich durch einen kleinen Hubraum (z.B. 1,0 l) mit viel PS (z.B. 150 bis 200 PS) aus. Allerdings kommt es häufiger vor, dass diese Motoren eine sogenannte Vorentflammung entwickeln. Hierbei lösen Kleinstpartikel eine Vorentflammung aus, dies kann zu einem kapitalen Motorschaden führen. Die MATHY Benzin-Brennraum-Kur baut Rußpartikel im Brennraum ab und verhindert eine Vorentflammung.

Wo liegt der Unterschied zwischen der MATHY Benzin-Kur und der MATHY Benzin-Brennraum-Kur?

Die MATHY Benzin-Brennraum-Kur wurde speziell für Downsizing-Motoren entwickelt. Dies sind Motoren mit einem niedrigen Hubraum (z.B. 1,0l) aber einer höhen PS-Zahl (z.B. 180PS). Bei diesen Motoren treten immer mal wieder Vorentflammungen auf. Die zu einem Motorschaden führen kann. Hier etwas detaillierter: Die MATHY Benzin-Brennraum-Kur baut effizient Kleinstpartikel im Brennraum von hubraumreduzierten (Downsizing) Benzinmotoren ab. Durch den Einsatz der Kur wird die Gefahr einer frühzeitigen Zündung des Benzinluftgemisches herabgesetzt. Die sogenannte Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) wird durch mikrokleine Kohlenstoffpartikel ausgelöst. Diese Partikel entzünden sich unter hohem Druck vor der eigentlichen Zündung und lösen eine Vorentflammung aus. Dies kann zu einem kapitalen Motorschaden führen. Die MATHY Benzin-Kur kann bei allen anderen Benzin Motoren eingesetzt werden (keine Downsizing-Motoren). Die MATHY Benzin-Kur ist eine spezielle Systemreinigung für Benzinmotoren, die entwickelt wurde, um die Leistung und Effizienz des Motors zu verbessern. Sie reinigt die Injektoren, entfernt Ablagerungen im Brennraum und optimiert den Verbrennungsprozess im Motor. Beide MATHY Kuren sind darauf ausgelegt, die Lebensdauer von Benzinmotoren zu verlängern und mögliche Schäden zu verhindern.
